The melting point of ordinary solder is 183 degrees, the normal melting point of solder is 227 degrees, generally the soldering temperature is 300-380degC, 380 degrees is the dividing line temperature, above 380 degrees, the oxidation and loss of the iron head is extremely rapid, It will seriously affect the service life of the heating core. The higher the screen temperature of 380 degrees, the higher the temperature, the higher the heartbeat! Recommended in the 300-380 degrees for welding work, most of the work can be carried out, the temperature is normal, does not affect the use! If you can use low temperature, then do not do high temperature: T12 is constant temperature control, the general recommended working temperature control between 300 ? ~ 380 ?, higher than 380 ? damages the soldering tip coating and reduces the life of the PTC. We do not recommend using an adjustable DC power supply, because regulated adjustable DC power supplies cannot meet the instantaneous power requirements. T12 has special requirements for power supplies. The instantaneous power needs to reach 72W or more. Some brands of regulated power supplies cannot meet this requirement. As a result, the 942 soldering station cannot be powered.

The problem is that tin wire cannot melt at 227 degrees. The melting point is the melting point of the substance itself. If the wire is placed in a thermostat tin furnace at 226 degrees Celsius, it is possible to melt it in a sealed tin furnace. If it is wrapped around the tip of the soldering iron, it is impossible to melt it. Because there is a gap between the tin wires and the soldering station has a temperature difference, the soldering iron will lose some heat when heated, and the surrounding air will also absorb heat. The melting point of normal wire is 227 degrees Celsius, and the ambient temperature is low in winter. Under the premise of calibrating the temperature of the soldering station, it should be increased by at least 50 degrees Celsius to compensate for the heat absorbed by the air, so that the heat of the wire itself can be increased to 228 degrees Celsius.
About the handle wake Please carefully understand the working principle of the vibration switch on the handle. The ball switch built into the handle, the mounting direction of the ball switch and the rolling direction of the ball inside the ball switch should vibrate the handle when the direction of the handle is consistent. For example, when the handle is vertical, move the handle up and down. When swinging the handle up and down, make sure that the ball inside the handle can activate the SW activation mode, and the force should be slightly larger. When the handle is placed horizontally, turn the Handle left and right. Rotate the handle to an angle greater than 30 degrees, so that the ball inside the handle can activate the SW activation mode.
